Majestic Suites Hotel ★★★

Hotel is located at very good location in Bangkok near night life clubs area.

The staff is respectful and provides the best services. But there are some inmates who has smell bad because they do not shower. They caused the hotel standard to decline. The staff was informed of their nationality.

Quite good hotel very close to nana plaza. Friendly staff. I was expecting some "action in night" in rooms near me, but there was surprisingly none. Which is good. I could sleep without interruptions from possible noise.

There is some room soundproofing for sure, but street traffic noises still makes way in your room - not too disturbing, but if you are silence freak like me, take it in to consideration. Anyway is was bearable, nothing like some other hotel in other asian country I stayed.

Location is great for Sukhumvit area. Staff is pleasant and professional and accommodating especially housekeeping. Rooms are very good value.

Showers sometimes only provide lukewarm water so if you’re someone who needs a hot shower you may have to wait.

Location is fantastic especially if you have come to BKK for entertainment, food etc. Easy to get around from here and if you go on a bender dont have to walk far home.

I had asked for a quiet room (yes I know in the heart of Nana - I am a light sleeper) and of course they put me in a room on the club side which meant I could here the thump thump until 3am. The aircon rattled all night and then when I turned off the AC it still had a fan going which was the actual noise not the AC. Had I stayed longer than 2 days I would have requested a different room but I arrived very late and they are booked up most of the time

Great location if you want to be onto of the Nana area......all the staff were excellent, very polite and very helpful You cannot fault the staff. Even the door men were very helpful in getting us taxis....they sorted it all for us....the reception staff was also very helpful....nothing was too much trouble. We did not try the breakfast because we wanted to try somewhere else which we were told to try just round the corner but what I saw and read on the hotel menu, we would of been happy to try it. For what we paid, I don't think anyone can complain. We used to stay at the Nana Hotel just round the corner but we found the staff and management very, very rude and not just to us. When you stay somewhere you want to feel comfortable and the Majestic made us feel very welcome and the hotel was spotless clean....yes we would be more than happy to stay there again and if we are staying in Bangkok again.....we will be staying at the Majestic ...thank you to all of the staff for a great relaxing comfortable stay.

Location of the night life

Room need updating, had cockroaches in the bathroom under the sink, damp smell in the room. Taxi can't park outside the hotel to unload your luggages,had to park down the road and had to carry my luggage to the hotel.

The location was central to all that we needed. Nana BTS just a short walk. Many bars and restaurants close by. The staff were both efficient and friendly. Will come back again next time.

The location is very central for the Sukhumvit area and overall value for money was good. The room was small but served the purpose and had everything needed for a long weekend stay.

The room was on the second floor and facing the noisy Sukhumvit street, so earplugs are recommended for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise.

Excellent location, just around the corner from Nana Entertainment Plaza and a 15-minute walk from Soi Cowboy. There is a post office right next door also, and just a 5-minute walk from the Nana Stop on the BTS. Friendly staff, reliable WiFi, nice room, well-appointed, comfortable bed. All expectations met.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every day.

Granted I did not expect an ocean view but a brick wall with water tanks. Hard to even see if the sun was shining.

Good location. Reasonable price compared to higher end hotels. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious but are not suites. The only problem is that there is not an unloading zone in front of the hotel.

Poor breakfast , very limited choice and not much. The hotel does not have room with 2 singles bed. We are 2 males so I have to pay extra for them to set up an extra bed.

Location was amazing. Room i stayed in was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. i would definitely stay at this hotel again and again.

No bell boy to help bring the bags up to my room. other than that, i have no other gripes to comment about. Everything was handle very well.

the air conditioning unit was a bit to loud even on low fan speed, would be nice to have more information about Bangkok and arranging flights as well as using the sky train

The hotel is located in very good location near Nana station which makes it close to everything, although they took care of installing advanced and expensive things like ( room light system, bathroom, windows ) but seems they didn't have a good look at other much more important stuff mentioned afterwards. the staff were great at doing their jobs and they do everything they can to help you, they were polite and responsive for your needs and always meet you with a smile.

Although we booked a deluxe room and despite that we informed the hotel that we are honeymooners and requested quite room, and although the 2 layer windows system, the noise of other hotel guests were very loud, for a moment I thought that the room walls are made of paper, some guests used to come late and drunk and wake us up with their noises at 3:00 to 4:00 on the morning everyday, some other guests just talk normally in their room during night but we can hear them, it seems that the walls were very thin that each guest could hear the other easily at night. Second problem is that we got a very poor view room "although we booked deluxe room" the room was overlooking the back side of the building with sewer system and air-condition or some other machines discharge pipes making it impossible to open the window without getting fumes inside the room. That is not all, part of the skyline bridge and some nearby building could see our room easily, making it also impossible to even thinking of pulling aside the (wooden curtains) and having to use the electric light any time of the day without being able to open the windows or the curtains. The restaurant was also a disaster as it was on the entrance of the hotel, giving you the feeling that you are eating on the street, any leaving or coming guest or anyone at the reception could watch you eat which gives a very bad feeling and makes it harder to have your breakfast peacefully. The breakfast itself was a problem, as you choose from pre-set choice menu of American or Continental breakfast (which are almost the same) and third poor choice I don't remember, the food comes in few quantity of everything with only 2 toast per person, I'm used to eat everything with toast so I requested more, the waiter got me only 1 more toast !!! Next day I purchased food from 7 Eleven and had a breakfast on my room with my own food.
